
In Denmark we are lucky to be surrounded by the sea from all sides. We have access to plenty of exciting seafood, but the facts are that far too few eat it.
In the course we take you on a journey in the wondrous world of the sea. We are going to make four dishes with fish, seafood and seaweed -- both in familiar ways and with a dispute. Look forward to lots of inspiration so you can cook them with great flavor.

- Fried scallop with browned butter sauce
- Ceviche on seasonal fish
- Bouillabaisse with aioli and toast
- Seaweed ice cream with coral tuile
- Free bar with organic wines and bubbles, specialty beers from OPEN as well as non-alcoholic alternatives such as sparkling tea, non-alcoholic beer, homemade lemonades and water with/without fizzy drinks

We recommend that you arrive about 10 minutes before, so you can land quietly in our cozy lounge before we get started

You work together in teams of two — and at odd numbers we put together groups of three
