Food over an open fire can be something very special, and we Danes are always looking for a good excuse to light up the grill.
**The Menu: **
- Quick pizza on grill with homemade pesto
- Porchetta on rotisserie with grilled polenta and herb salad
- Grilled fish in season and smoked mashed potatoes with sour cream and herbs
- Tiramisu like mama made it
**Throughout the course there is free bar in: **
- organic wine and bubbles
- a selection of beers from the brewhouse OPEN
- non-alcoholic beer and sparkling tea
- lemonades and water with/without fizzy drink
The course is intended for the curious food enthusiast. There is plenty of time for fun along the way.

- You work together in teams of two and two
- Remember to disclose allergies or dietary considerations when registering, so that we can take it into account in the menu
- You can take home the recipes via a QR code, just to recreate in your own kitchen
