- Lahmacun - Turkish pizza
- Fried halloumi with chili oil & parsley salad
- Yogurt marinated lamb with spicy couscous salad
- Baklava — crispy filo dough, nuts and aromatic syrup of rose water and orange
**Throughout the course there is free bar in: **
- organic wine and bubbles
- a selection of beers from the brewhouse OPEN
- non-alcoholic beer and sparkling tea
- lemonades and water with/without fizzy drink
The course is intended for the curious food enthusiast. There is plenty of time for fun along the way.
