
Everyone loves Italian cuisine, including us. In our pixi course we have taken the best from our Italian course 'Italian classics — extravaganza' — namely the two Italian flagships: pizza and saltimbocca.
**The Menu: **
- Pizza with homemade green pesto and mozzarella
- Saltimbocca on veal — for this crispy salad and vinaigrette
**Throughout the course there is free bar in: **
- organic wine and bubbles
- a selection of beers from the brewhouse OPEN
- non-alcoholic beer and sparkling tea
- lemonades and water with/without fizzy drink
The course is intended for the curious food enthusiast. There is plenty of time for fun along the way.

• You work together in teams of two — and at odd numbers we put together groups of three
• Remember to disclose allergies or dietary considerations when registering so that we can take it into account in the menu
• You can take home the recipes via a QR code, just to recreate in your own kitchen
