Steak & Pies — Guilty Pleasure BTB
In the course we pay tribute to the juicy steaks, crispy salads and the creamy (real!) bearnaise sauce that will make the palate cheer. In the evening we have to eat our way through all our guilty pleasures.
Menu
- Carpaccio on veal — for this purpose arugula and parmesan matured for 40 months
- Caesar salad with dry salted bacon and original Caesar dressing
- Right rib steak with bearnaise sauce
- Classic crème brulée
What is included
- Free bar with organic wines and bubbles, specialty beers from OPEN, as well as non-alcoholic alternatives such as sparkling tea, non-alcoholic beer, homemade lemonades and water with/without fizzy drinks
- Premium raw materials and all the kitchenware you'll need
- Professional tutorial from our skilled and passionate educators
- A social evening with cooking, collaboration and high spirits
- Coffee/tea for the dessert as well as homemade sourdough bread with butter throughout the course

Practical information
- We recommend that you arrive about 10 minutes before, so that you can land quietly in our cozy lounge before we get started
- You work together in teams of two and two
- Remember to disclose allergies or dietary considerations when registering, so that we can take it into account in the menu
- You can take home the recipes via a QR code, just to recreate in your own kitchen
